INJURIES ON SCHOOL PREMISES -- Attorney Collins has handled claims involving injuries on school premises. In one case the defendant school district installed on its school playground a standard 4 seat swing. The swing was positioned on top of a black rubber mat, badly worn over time. It contained 4 gapping holes in the rubber mat, measuring approximately 3’ x 4’ and located under the area where children would embark and disembark from the swing.
